YODE PTE LTD ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Viral App mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

- Videos: Videos you upload for AI analysis
- Usage Data: Anonymous analytics data about how you use the app (via MixPanel)
- Subscription Information: Subscription status managed through Apple's App Store (via RevenueCat)
- Device Information: Anonymous device identifiers for authentication purposes
How We Use Your Information
- Videos are processed using Google's Gemini AI to provide content improvement recommendations
- Usage data helps us improve the app experience and identify issues
- Subscription data is used to manage your access to the app's features
Data Storage and Retention
Videos you upload are stored securely in our cloud storage (Supabase) for 60 days to display alongside your analysis results. After 60 days, videos are automatically deleted, but thumbnails and analysis results are retained. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database and anonymous authentication
- RevenueCat: Subscription management
- MixPanel: Anonymous usage analytics
- Google Gemini: AI video analysis
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights

- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Access information about what data we hold
- Withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the app

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
