By downloading, installing, or using Viral App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Viral App is an AI-powered video analysis tool that provides recommendations to help improve your content. The app analyzes videos you upload and provides suggestions for potential improvements.

3. Subscription and Payment

Viral App requires a paid subscription to access its features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to the app. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Contains malware or malicious code

5. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

The recommendations provided by Viral App are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions only. We do not guarantee that following these recommendations will result in viral content or increased engagement. Results may vary based on many factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YODE PTE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
